7:00am, 8:15am, 9:30-11:00am(Open Gym)

Sunday

8am, 9am(Endurance), 10:00-11:00am(Open Gym)

***Open gym is available during ALL class hours. Above classes that are listed as "Open Gym" are Open Gym ONLY. There is no "CrossFit" class during that hour.
